Day 1st   Leh to phuktse   drive   2.30 hrs.
Note: it is the first day  so camp at phuktse will help to prepare to treck the next day.
 
Day 2nd   phuktse to Sumdo   via shara la (Pass)  4.30hrs ( 2.30hrs up to top1.30hrs top to sumdo camp)
Note: no strip clamb but clambing down is a bit strip but not so bad like that of Zanskar.Camp site is beautiful by the lake ,vast  green pasture feildm, nomads camp, yak and other cattle Possible .

Day 3rd Sumdo to Shachukul 4.30hrs ( Plane)
Note treckalong the village for about 30 minutes,Quite a big Village,Camp by the river green Pasture, close to the biggest monastry of the region Shachukul Gonpa   manastic festavel mask dance of kagud sect   on 11th and 12th July for 2007etc

Day 4th  Shachukul to Zamble rong  4.00hrs ( Plane)
Note: on the way visit a popular taktse gonpa on a hill top. around 70 steps to clamb.green camp site 500meter away from the road.but no vehcular movement in the evening.

Day 5th Zamble rong to Tsekar tso(Lake) 3.30hrs (Plane )
Note: on the way two small hamlets, at certain points we use jeep road but we can avoud it any way.we mostly use thde ancient tread route.Green pasture is almost all the way, small river flows all the way..Camp site 500meter away from the small lake not so attractive.

Day 6thTsokar to Lukung village 4.30hrs
Note:  this is the only day which may not be so interesting but at the end of the treck you visit the most popular Pangong Lake we can have tea breck at the small community tea stall.but for the camp we treck for another half an our leaving the lake aside.due to inavalibality of fresh  water and green camp site by the lake;

Day 7th Lukung to spangmik 12km 4hrs
 note: treck along the lake but at two or three points we cant avoid the road any way camp or stay in the spangmik guest house as you wish, it is 200mt away from  the lake..... visit family is possible, the village is of 10 famelies and the monastry is 3km away from the village and it is new......Pick up from
spangmik to Leh  5hrs drive via Changla about  5000mt  high pass..

Day 8 th : Spagmik - Leh drive 140 Kms
